Songs

On this first song I remember a video that I saw 3 weeks ago on a farm of a group of rocks singers that used every-day ittems to play music.

On this second song I imagine cow boys in the old west in a bar driking beer all drunk dancing crazy.

On this third song I imagine indians in their villages worshiping their goods at night, with a fire having a sacrifise for them. They are singing and dancing a ritual surrounding the fire and the sacrifieced person. All of them showing respect for their gods and thanking them for ledding them have a very good year. When they finish to worship its 12:00 and I imagine all the indians fasting a great dinner celebrating the start of the new year.

Pablo Emilio Escobar Gaviria

I was going to do this post about Sadam Husein but I was researching and I found a great article at wikipedia about Pablo Escobar. The article talks about who was Pablo Escobar, his life, and what did he does to be such a bad person. Here is my parragraph that I copy and paste from that web page:
"Pablo Emilio Escobar Gaviria (December 1, 1949December 2, 1993) gained world infamy as a Colombian drug
dealer
. Escobar became so wealthy in the drug trade that in 1989 Forbes magazine had
listed him as the seventh richest man in the world. He is widely considered to
be one of the most brutally ruthless, ambitious and powerful drug dealers in
history."
This is what I learned:
Personal Life:
Pablo Emilio Escobar Gaviria known as Pablo Escobar was a man born at December 1 of 1949 in Antioquia, Medellin. He merried Maria Victoria which he had 2 children. Escobar is thougt to have several women.

Criminal Life:
He started his bad life very early when he was a teenager by styling things and then when he became older he starts having drug businesses. When Escobar was 31 he was known internationally for his drug network which affected mostly "The Americas" The after time Escobar had killed hundreds of individuals including officials and politicians. He is also responsible for some terrorism attacks like the one of bombing of Avianca Flight 203 and the bombing of a building in Bogotá. He had influences with the guerrilla which were the ones that he ordered to kill the people.

Eventually Escobar became very rich and was the seventh-richest man in the world. He made a prison called The Catedral Prison which was located at Medellin. He was hated by many people by the Unite States and Colombia but at the same time he was loved by many poor people in Medellin because he helped them economically. The poor people helped Escobar by hiding him and by keeping information away from the authorities. After all Colombia was going to extradite Pablo. But to avoid extradition he made an agreement with the Colombian government where stated that he would not have extradition to the United States, if he stopped any further drug trafficking activities, but he would be jailed at The Catedral Prison. In that prison he passed a very good time, it wasn’t really a jail. They formed big rumors that it wasn’t a jail so Escobar was going to be changed of prison. Escobar knowing that he decided to escape.

Later the Unite States of America and the Colombian Government made a group called ”Los Pepes" which is a group to locate Escobar and bring him to justice. Later a war between Pablo Escobar and Los Pepes formed. The war eneded on December,2, 1993 when Pablo Escobar was at the roofs of a Middle class village in Medellin. The colombian goverment localized him using radio tranguilation, and then start shooting him. Eventually Pablo Emilio Escobar Gaviria died that day.
Now I am interested in doing my new post on Sadam Husein and other things that are related to him. Belive me, I wont desappoint you this time.
In conclusion Pablo Emilio Escobar Gaviria was a very bad man which made alot of damage to Colombia. He killed many people and know I hope that he is paying for that. And this is the end of my 500 post. Bye, please leave comments!

United 93

5 days ago I saw a very good movie related to my topic called United 93. This movie is about the 4rth airplane kidnapped in September 11, 2001. Here is my summary of the movie.
One regular morning 4 terrorists went to an airport in New Jersey with to head San Francisco. The terrorists went trough all the police and the other airport officials without difficulties and went inside the airplaine with destination San Francisco.

All of the hijackers were sat on first class and were very nervous and because of that the terrorist acted in a very strange way. The flight was going to last about 5 hours and by the time that the passengers were eating the lunch the hijackers took control of the air plains with knifes. They killed a first class passenger and made a flight attended open the door of the pilots when the pilots opened the door of the cabin the hijackers appeared and killed both the pilot and the sub-pilot. 2 of the hijackers were pilots so they were the ones who drove the plane. All of the hijackers were praying all the time because the kidnapping of the airplane was because of religion. When there was 20 minutes left for the airplane to hit their target the White House. The passengers decided to retake control of the airplane because somewhat they were going to die.

Before they retake control everyone talked with the persons they loved and after that they took anything in which they could kill the hijackers and went to battle them they started killing the 2 hijackers that were outside the cabin. When they killed the 2 hijackers they took a wheel car in which they carried the food and start hitting the cabin door. When the door finally gave up and broke. The passengers got inside the pilot cabin and start fighting with the 2 hijackers that were left. Finally the airplane crashed into and open field near Washington D.C and nobody that was inside the airplane survived.
This is the page were made my research of what really happened on one of the hijacked airplanes of September/11/06 . Here is the first paragraph from this page:

"United Airlines Flight 93 was a regular flight from Newark International Airport (now known as Newark Liberty International Airport) in Newark, New Jersey, to San Francisco International Airport, then continuing on to Narita International Airport in Tokyo, Japan, on a different aircraft. On September 11, 2001, the United Airlines Boeing 757-222, registered N591UA, was one of four planes hijacked as part of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. It was the only one of the four planes that did not reach its intended target, instead crashing in an empty field just outside Shanksville, Pennsylvania, about 150 miles (240 km) northwest of Washington, D.C. The 9/11 Commission (through testimony, tapes of passengers' phone calls, and the flight data recorders recovered from the crash) determined that crew and passengers, alerted through phone calls to loved ones, had attempted to overtake the hijackers. The Commission concluded that the hijackers crashed the plane to keep the crew and passengers from gaining control. The Commission's official report states that passengers and crew members fought back against the hijackers."

As you can read this is the introduction of the web-page for the 4rth kidnapped airplane. Now I am going to tell you the summary from the whole page.

The United Airlines flight 93 was a normal flight. It was a Boeing 757-222 with 37 persons inside the plain (counting the hijackers) going from New Jersey to San Francisco. But when they were at the middle of the Flight it was hijacked by four men from Al-qaeda named Ziad Jarrah (Lebanese), pilot; Ahmed al-Haznawi (Saudi Arabian), Ahmed al-Nami (Saudi Arabian), Saeed al-Ghamdi (Saudi Arabian). All of the terrorists were seated on first class and 2 of them with knife, as in the movie United 93.
After time passed the hijackers took controll of the airplane, and then the passangers realizing that they were going to dies they took a very good decision which was to retake control from the terrorists. But before every person made phone calls to their families and best friends in which thy talked about the hijackers and said that they loved them. When everyone finished making the phone calls the start to retake control of the airplane. They ended up killing two of the hijackers and crashing the airplane to an open field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

In conclusion comparing the movie United 93 from what really happened the movie had many true facts about the airplane, the hijackers, and the rebel of the passengers. If you have the opportunnity to see the movie United 93 see it I promise you wont be disapointed and you will understand better this post.

On my next post I will like to write about Sadam Husein. And this is the end of my post I hope you enjoy reading it!

Osama Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda

Today I was researching for Osama Bin Laden and Alqua-eda when I found 2 very good posts about this topic at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Osama_bin_Laden and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al-Qaeda. this is a very good web-page because it has lots of facts and very good information about the topic that I am interested in The Teen Life Project.

Here is my conclusion from what I read. Alquaeda is the name given to an international alliance of militant Islamist organizations established in 1988 by Osama Bin Laden which is the founder of this organization.

Osama Bin Laden or Usama bin Laden was born at March, 10, 1957 in Saudi Arabia. Ossama's parents divorced very soon when he was born. Osama stayed with her mom, after some time Osama Bin Laden's mom maried again and Osama ended up living whith 3 step brothers and one stepsister. Right now Osama has maried many times and has from 12 to 24 children. Osama Bin Laden is tall and thin, being 193 cm to 195 cm tall and weighing about 75 kg usually wearing a white turban. He is The FBI Teen most wanted fugitive and is responsible for terrorism attacks like the ones of the 9/11. and more attacks to other countries.

Attacks of 9/11:
like in this web-page said at the Morning of September, 11 , 2001 4 air plains were controlled by 19 terrorists from Al-Quaeda (Ziad Jarrah,Ahmed al-Nami, Saeed al-Ghamdi, Ahmed al-Haznawi, Hani Hanjour,Khalid al-Mihdhar,Majed Moqed, Nawaf al-Hazmi, Salem al-Hazmi, Marwan al-Shehhi, Fayez Banihammad, Mohand al-Shehri, Hamza al-Ghamdi, Ahmed al-Ghamdi, Mohammed Atta, Satam al-Suqami, Waleed al-Shehri, Wail al-Shehri, and Abdulaziz al-Omari ). All of them exept one crashed to one part of The United States of America. One of them To the South Tween Tower in New York, Unite States, the second one to the North Tower which later resulted by making collapse both Tween Towers (North and South). The 3rd air plain crashed to the Pentagon in Arlington Country. The 4th airplane was going to crash the White House but fortunately the passengers of the airplane attempted to retake control of their plane from the hijackers which later ended up crashing into a field. All of these happened in only one day 9/11 and killing almost 3,000 people. The USA named Bin Laden and the Al-Qaeda organization as the prime suspects. They putted a reguard of $25 million plus $2 million of the airlines.

Others attacks of Alqua-eda include:
- Singapore embassies attack plot
-Istanbul Bombings
-Kenyan Hotel bombing in Mombassa
-Rizal day bombings in Philippines
-Limburg tanker bombings
-Foiled attacks on Western warships in the Strait of Gibraltar.
-Kidnapping and murder of Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl.

Osama Bin Laden had been counted as dead many times. One time at April 2005 and another time at August 2006. But al of them are false statements. Unite States has a campaign, known as the War on Terrorism, with the goal of dismantling Al-Qaeda and killing or capturing its operatives. And these is the end of my 2 post of my Teen Life Proyect. I'll keep working on terrorism, kidnapping and it various effect on people next week with Juan David. I hope you have liked it. Please leave comments!

kidnaping at Colombia.

Hi, this time I am going to talk about Kidnapping at Colombia. When I decided my topic which is Kidnaping at Colombia I started researching at the internet and I found a very good article about Colombia 10 years ago. This article was called "COLOMBIA: THE WORLD LEADER IN KIDNAPPINGS" here are some sentences from this webpage:
"No country is as plagued more by kidnapping as Colombia, where an estimated one
in three of the world's abductions occur. Leftist Guerrillas, who control large
swaths of countryside, have made it a lucrative business. Ransom kidnapping by
guerrillas, blamed for half of Colombia's 10,000 reported cases since 1990, has
crippled some of the country's industries, forced highway projects to be
canceled in midconstruction, and has impoverished entire regions."

This is what Steve Macko said on the first parragraph of his article.
First of all kidnapping is the practice of stealing children for use as servants or laborers in the American colonies. Almost ten years ago Colombia was one of the Leaders of the most kidnappings in the whole world (which is very bad) but recently it is having a better reputation because each year the amount of kidnapping has decreased. Alvaro Uribe our current president has contributed for this great step forward. He has militarized the roads for preventing kidnapping and he had also putted a rule that on holydays people need to travel at groups so that they can take care of each other and make harder to the kidnappers to kidnap people.
Normally in Colombia the kidnappings occur when people has many money or are involucrate on the government, or politics. Kidnapers also like to kidnap for doing exchanges with the government. What I mean by exchanging is that the kidnappers release one captured person and the governments realize one captured kidnapper. The persons who kidnap are mostly guerrillas which are divided into two main groups the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) and the National Liberation Army (ELN). Other groups or persons who kidnap are para- militaries, common criminals, corrupt policemen, drug traffickers, and political rivals.

One example of political kidnapping is the one of Fernando Araugo. Presently he was found after 6 years of kidnapping. The 31 of December of 2006 some militaries troops went to the place were it was thought they had Fernando Araugo. When they confirmed his was there, they started shooting the place. Fernando Araugo, getting advantage of the shooting escaped from the kidnappers site and got into the jungle. At the jungle he stayed 5 days lost until the sixth day in which he found the way to a town in which he talked with some militaries. The militaries talked him to Cartagena (were he lived) to encounter again with his family. Now he is free!
In conclusion Colombia isn't as bad as you had seen in the movies and in the news. That if you cross the street they will kill you. The dangerous places are far away from the cities. Just be careful and travel if you can on airplanes and dont go to places were there are allot of guerrillas which are normally at small villages.

I hope you like this post please leave comments!

TLP Skype Call

On Monday, January 30, 2007 we were going to have the TLP Skype Call with one school of Canada and one school at Virginia. Because of some problems we could not have the TLP Skype Call on the school so we had to go to Mr. Hide’s class house which is near the school for the conversation. When we arrive to his house we got ready and we start the TLP Skype Call conversation with the other schools. We settled in the groups that we divided which were school environment, social environment, and the physical environment. We had a especial system of rotation that helped us to organize ourselves for the TLP Skype CallFirst of all we had the introduction of each school.

When each school finished saying their introduction we talked about the first topic which was school environment. The first school who talked about their school was the Canada school, and then followed by us and at last the Virginia school. Each school told about how their classes were. Each school also talked about their recess, how much time they were and what did the did normally. We also talked about the time that they have to arrive to school and the time that they return to their homes. We also talked about the uniforms something good about the Virginia school is that they don’t have to wear uniforms. We also talked about the after school sport classes, and the subjects that we have in each school.

Then we talked that each school have to have notes and then publish it at the TLP webpage. The Canada school wrote notes about the School environment, the Virginia school wrote notes about the physical, and we had to write notes about social environment.

The second topic we talked about was physical environment. The first one who talked was us the followed by Virginia school, and at last the Canada school. On these presentations each one talked about the global warming if it was affecting the places were we lived? We also talked about the water. Transportation and the crime rate of each place. We also talked about our community and what were the places that we liked to go on weekends, and the geographic features. We also talked about tourisms and it affect on the places, and traffic. The last thing we talked was the people and about the climate.

The last topic that we talked about was the social environment. This time the first school that started talking was the Canada school, the followed by us and at last the Virginia school. This time we talked about the things we made on weekends, and the best places to go in each part. The most common places each school went are movies, restaurants, and shopping.

When we finished talking each school said bye and we returned to our school; were we had a normal day!

I am Sebastian

Hi, I am Sebastian B but my friends call my Se. I am a 12 years old student for some days because in several weeks I will be 13. I live in Cartage de Indias Colombia which is a beautiful city because of its history and wonderful beaches. I study in COJOWA or Colegio Jorge Washington in front of the beach, and I am a seventh grade student and my homeroom teacher is Mr. Hide and you can see his blog at http://mrhide7.blogspot.com/ which is very good. The school is very small but later it’s moving to a larger place. I usually wake up at 6:00 am; I take shower, dress up, eat breakfast and then go to school. And the school finally ends up at 2:30.
My life in Cartagena is very good. On the weekends I hang out with my friends which are Alexandra, Andres, Ana Carolina, Arnold, agusto, Catalina, Daniel, Eduardo, Isabel, Isabella, JD, JM, Julian, Juliana, lisette, Luis Carlos, Margui, Maria Angelica, Maria Jose, Maria Paullina, Mariana, Miguel, Natalia H., Natalia Y., Nathalie, Nohora, Paula, Paullina, Roberto, Sara, Sergio , Stefano, Stephanie, suad, susana, valentina, Valeria, Victoria to different part like Mc. Donald’s, campito, corral, Club Cartagena, and other places. On Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursday I have soccer practices on my school with the other middle school soccer members and my coach Anibal. For me soccer is the best sport and I like playing it. In the school team I am am a goalkeeper in which I am good at.

The sub-20 tournament in Paraguay is something that I am preoccupied. Where all the team of South America competes with each other. I am going for Colombia. Colombia is good the first match it won 2-1 vs. Argentina; the second match it lost 1-0 against Uruguay, and the 3 match it won vs. Venezuela the person that took us to the victory of this game was pino the best player of Colombia and I think of the tournament. Colombia will be playing against Chile and I hope that It win the game and the tournament. In European soccer F.C.B is my favorite team, this team has very good players like: Ronaldinho, eto'o, messi, and puyol.

Something I am really concerned about is the pollution. The industries, cars, buses, smoking, and more things are throwing lots of harmful gases to the atmosphere. When I talk about the atmosphere I include the ozone layer. These gases are damaging the ozone lager causing more solar radiation to reach the earth. During several years the ozone layer will be so thick that the solar radiation reaching the earth will make the ice on the artic and Antarctic zone melt, increasing the sea level and making some cities that cartagena that is near the shore sink.

Another thing I am concerned about is the Cartagena’s insecurity. IN the past years you can walk in the CArtagena streets without being preoccupied that something will happen to you. But right now Cartagena isn't insecure. People are robbing allot and you can not walk in a secure way. I think that this is happening because because the high average of unemployed people so to have something they have to rob to obtain that. They are normalling robbing cell-phones, ipod, and other valuable devises. In cartagena sometimes there are kidnapping people. One example is Fernando Araugo which was an ex-minister and was kidnapped for 5 years.

Campito's Tournament..........

Today at 9:00 pm the camito a soccer field with artificial grass located in Bocagrande Cartagena, inaugurated a soccer tournament called the UEFA Champions league. Miguel, Juan Manuel, Farid, Orlando, Daniel, Andres, Eduardo, Stefano, Roberto, and I () the members of our team) arrived there for the inauguration of the tournament. We picked up all the money each one gave 40,000 pesos as soon as we gave the money they gave us our team jerseys we were Real Madrid blue team jersey. Time passed and each team was called and was settled in a part of the field. They explained us how the rules were took us photos in front of the trophies, and announced us; the prices were some gloves for the goalkeeper for the one who less goals make him, a ball for the person who make more goals, a trophy and a c-d player to the winners of the tournament and another ball to the best player of the tournament. Everyone was much exited and wanted to win the prices. When they finish talking with us about how the things worked they sortated the matches. Luckily we played first vs. Juventus (another team).
And the match started. Sincerely I was very nervous and unfortunately at almost the second minute of the math they make me a goal. "No! What a bad luck" I said. We kept trying hard and hard but our efforts weren’t enough the goal keeper of the other team was very good and nothing entered in his goal. The first time of the match started and some minutes after the start of the second part of the match Orlando make a goal. "Yes! Come on lets win this" I said. Seconds and minutes passed and the bell for the en of the match rang. (That was what I thought). But I heard a shout come here Sebastian we are having penalties. We started 1-1, then 1-1 (the same), then 2-2 and finally and unfortunately 3-2 losing our team. Oh, all of our teammates were very sad; but, it was only the first game out of seven matches.
In conclusion me and my team are working hard to win those prices. I know weve los the first match, but its only the first on out of seven. But we wont rest until having that trophy in our hands!

((Response to Maple Street's Monsters))

I read a very good story called Monsters are due On Maple Street, it is writen by Rod Serling and is from the zerie The Twightlight Zone. At the end of the story some alies said someting. What the monster said at the end of the story was...

Figure 2. "And this pattern is always the
same?"
Figure 1. "Whith few variations. They pick the most dangerous enemy they
can find and its themselves. And all we have to do is sit back and watch."
Figure 2. " Then I take this place... this maple
sreet... is not unique"
Figure 1. " By no means. The world is fully of maple
streets. and w will go from one place to another and let the destroy
themselves. One the other... one the other....one the other-"

Oh, this was freaky. What I think they were trynig to mean by saying that, is that they are going to go trough each part of the world doing the same things, and if the people keep fighting between each other and blaming other people the will destroyeach other and they will not going to move a finger. The lesson that the author has for all the world is: if you are on a problem don't fight because you'll end up distroying yourself!!
I think the same way asthe author. I think the author was very intelligent, form my oppinion hes message was totaly correct. this message at the end of the story is still very important and segnificant to the world today. I think this way becaouse people are on serious problems they still fight, go crazy, and use people other persons as their scapegoat. Countries are making wars, are assesinating people, and are doing terrorism; this happen because people dont have control on themselves and go crazy. Good job aouthor exelent message!
How could the play be updated for an audience today? Mmmm, I think that with the new divises that we have today like radars and all ofe that speciall electrodomectiscs make dificult for some alien come fron autersapace in a spacecarft without being noticed. Tinking of all of these, lets cahnge the setting to a little town in the middle of the woulds that wouldn't be so advansed so that the aliense wouldn't been noticed. With the light off I thing it it would damge all of the things cars, computers, cellefones, rations, light, things that work with batery, almost everything. Tomys source of his knowledge will be a tv program about the aliens dominating the world. These will be the changes that I will realize tto the play "Monters are do on Maple Street" to make it more interestng for an oudience today, because this play was made way before during the 1960´s(thats very anticuated).

Call of Duty 2

Experience...

One day I invited Sergio a friend to my house. When he arrived he brought with him a computer game it was called "Cal of Duty 2" (this is a shooting game of war World 2). He asked me if I want it, and I said "yes", I want to try it normally I don’t like computer games I am bad at them and for me they are complicate but, I want to at least try. Sergio grabbed his c-d and started instilling it on my computer and when it was ready I started playing it. I played a little bit and I find it hard I didn't like it at all. I told him that sorry but I didn’t like it but I also said to him thank you for installing it. At night Sergio went to his home. And at next day I said to my self "let’s try again!". So I turned the computer on and start playing my new game. I last time and time and when I realized I had liked it and it was late in the after noon. Every night me and my friends connect in the game and start to play together on a stage. When compete between each other, WE HAVE FUN PLAYING THIS GAME!
Game characteristics...
This game is very good because it’s very realistic and has very good effects. There is several game types like Death match or DM which is everyone vs. everyone another one is Team death match or TDM which is in teams (these are the game types that I most like). There are also other game types like capture the flag which consists to consists to capture the flag of the other team; Search and destroy which is very strange if you are German you have to protect some devices from Allies (which are British, Americans, Russian); and headquarters which I really don’t understand at all its and hard to understand, and really boring. In the Game you could be Germans, British, Americans, or Russian each team has different weapons. It also has several stages like Toujane and Matmata which are on Tunisia and are very simple. While, Rostov which is on snow this stage is very complex another stage that is very big is Brecout which is on grasslands. There are a long variety of stages but the ones that I have said you about are for me the best ones.

In conclusion I think this game is excellent. It is realistic and has wonderful graphics. I wish that you buy this game, and if you do I hope you have lots of fun with it and share it to your friends so that you can compete with each other and have fun with it!

Short story fraft::...;

"Hi," a Steve says to his best friend.
"Hi," answered Juan Carlos, "did you finish you math homework?
"Oh my god, thank you for remembering me, I forgot to do my 50 question math home work!? said Steve, "What will I do to finish it before my teacher Mr. Carl comes to my desk and picks them up!" .
"Steve its allways the same thing you forgotting your homework," said Julian
"But-" said Steve
"No Buts," Julian interrupted again, "Don't ask me if you want help. For the next time do it at home!"
Suddenly a bell rings for the 1st class; he grabs his stuff and heads 7a where hi will have his Spanish class. The class begins by reading a book (as normal) but Steve instead of reading a book, decides to take out his math book, notebook, and pencil and start doing carefully his assingment while others read. Later in the class they start presenting their book, The teacher was carefully seeing the students that they were paying attention to the person that was presenting, so he didn't had time to do more of his math homework. At the end of the class Steve had tried to reach his goal but he only had an opportunity to do 2o out of the 30 that he had proposed to himself to do.

The class of 45 minutes passes and the Religion class begins. " Come on, this is my last chance to finish my homework," Steve says. The class started by telling the story of Adan and Eva. "Oh, what borring," steve said. He starts doing his homework but he reach a part that he doesn't know what to do. He ask many classmates what to do? But many ansewered, "why are you doing that homework at this time, I'am not going to help you". He kept asking and asking until one of his best friends Juan Carlos a friendly, bondadous, and responsable person explaned the part of the homework that he wasn't able to do becouse of not paying attention in class. Because of this friend he was able to finish 20 questions more but this amount wasn´t enough it gaved him a total of 40 questions but the homework was of 50 and Math class was at 8: 40 and this time was reaching.

Minutes passed and suddenly the unexpected bell rings for a third time at 8:40 to announcing the start of the math. "No, what will I do, please god help me, I promise this won´t happen again," Steve said. He went to his locker, grabed the books that were needed for the class, and sat on his shair so he was ready for his class. He was nervous, ancious, and preocupated. The angry teacher, Mr. Carl was going trough the room, trough each table checking the math home work, when a sound is heard, "You little kid, you didn't do your homework you are going to have an F and go now to the principal's office,"Can you imagine who said this? Yes, it was Mr. Carl. Ten desks were left over until the evil teacher reaches Steve's desk. "Hurry up, think of some thing," Steve says to himself; when an idea comes to his mind. Quickly he copies the 10 questions from another student(this is a very bad thing to do, please dont do it if you dont want to have troubles). And when Mr. Carl had finally arrived to his desk he starts talkind to Steve.
"Did you finish your homework?" Mr. Carl asked
"Off corse, here they are from one to fifty", Steve Answered.
"Okay," Mr Carl said
Mr Carl continues cheking the homwork. "Fewww, safed by the bell, now I am not having a bad grade on my math class and I am not having a problem with the principal!!!” said Steve.

And for now and on Steve does his promise that he had said to god that if he finishes the homework he will do every single one that is anounced by a teacher for now and one. If you dont want to be nervous and in a hurry for doing a homework, here is some advice: Every time you have homework write it in a paper so that you remind to do it at your house and as a result you will succeed in your homework assignments!!

Me and my Broken Ankle

Had you ever broken your ankle? Well, me yes; It was Thursday October, 12, 2006, I was at school during recess playing soccer when I fell down I felt very bad and my left ankle hurt me a lot, immediately went to the nurse room. When I arrived she putted me some ice, and she putted me a tobiilera and gave me a crutch. When she finished I went to my class and I catch up the work that I had missed because of this horrible incident. When school finished my mother picked me up at school and she took me to the hospital. There Dr. Antonio Haidar looked my left ankle he touched it and he noticed that I had a broken ankle. Then he told me that they were going to put me a cast next morning at 9:30 A.M and I will have it for 2 weeks. That day I passed a very bad time it was very fastidious, It was very difficult to walk, and to take a shower. The most horrible part of all was that I was going to miss many soccer practices. Oh, what a bad experience.
Next morning I was at school and when the clock was at 9:00 my mom came to my school to pick me up; as you can remember they were going to put me the cast at 9:30 A.M and this time was reaching. When I got to the hospital the doctor wasn't there so I had to wait for him several minutes until he arrived. First I thought that putting you a cast will hurt a lot and will take like a 1hr but it didn't it didn’t hurt and it took like 15 minutes. When my ankle was ready my mom took me to the school. At school it was very difficult to go up the stairs, they were a lot of stairs! At school many person singed my cast and when the bell rang at 2:30, I went to my house.

During those 2 weeks everything was as they should. Everyone brought me the stuff that I needed and paid a lot of attention to me (this was a very good thing). When the 2 weeks passed I went to some physiotherapy; and when my ankle was ready, I continued my normal life.

A nightmare Holiday

Had you ever imagine how a nightmare holiday be? I hope that yes. This Monday Mr. hide told us the topic of our next post: it was of a "bad holiday". I took me a little time to get all ideas and characteristics, but I finally got them. So here is the description of a nightmare holiday.
First you'll wake up late because you alarm didn't rang. While you are getting ready you 1) eat, you clean, and call a taxi. When you arrived you afortunately have time to take your airplane and head your destination. When you reach your destination everything is going normal; you see people coming 2) by car, by bus, and by taxi. You decide to take a taxi to your hotel. When you are in the hotel it’s horrible and for lunch you have a 3) drink, soup, and rice. Something that you will never want to have is 4) a cold, fat, dirty food. 5) In front of your room, you found a dead rat! You emediatly tell your parents. 6) Deciding what to do, you were playing with your fingers. 7) Whenever my familly is in a digusting event, we decide to go to a better place, this was what we did. 8) OH, what a horrible holiday!

A big Problem

Had you ever had a problem? Don´t say "that haven't happened to me"; everyone makes mistakes and has problems. I deal with the problems in many ways in good ways and some times bad ways. Well, I Use different strategies depending on the length of the problem. Sometimes I try to hide it if it is so big(that a a example of how to deal with a problem in a bad way), or reflect or ask question for myself (which is helpfulld) like: what happened? Why did it happen? And more questions. Other strategies that I use is telling my mom or dad about it, and say that I know I make a mistake and It wont happen again. I amgoing to tell you in the next paragraphs an experience that I had time ago.
Had you ever had a big problem and you don’t want anyone to know about it because you think you are going to be punished and you will pay the consequences of you errors? Me yes; it was a very bad experience and I wouldn’t like it to happen again. Several months ago 6 friends and I were on the pool of my building; we were having fun playing with chairs inside the pool, talking and more things, when someone threw a chair to the water, and it broke. All of us were very scared and we didn't know what to do; time passed and we decided to keep the secret and don't tell anyone about the happened. But how could we hide the chair and it broken leg so that nobody would find out that we broke it?

So we decided to throw the leg into the garbage, but what would we do with the other part the chair it was big and it didn’t fit in the garbage; so we putted in the roof of the 12 story building. We hoped that time passed and anyone will now nothing. We kept playing on the pool but very nervous that someone sees the chair and as a result we'll be in huge problems. Night came and every friend went to its home. That night as I very scared I almost can’t sleep. 4 or 5 days passed and my mom said to come here that she was going to tell me something important; I knew it will happen something bad. She told me that she and the building knew that we had brake the chair and that we would have consequences; we talked about what happened and why I didn’t told her the same day of the incident, I told her that sorry and that it wouldn’t happened again. After I had talked with her the entire situation she told me that we would have to pay it. Now I was in really big problems. I called each friend and told them that they already knew about the chair and that we will go to have to pay it. Some persons agreed and some disagreed but finally everyone putted money to pay it.
This time obviously I didn’t like this experience and I hope it won't happen again.

[[The Best Vacations of My Life]]

These were the best summer vacations I ever had. When my father told me about our next vacations it seemed like a excellent experience because of many reasons: it was going to be with three of my friend family; Miguel’s, Daniel's, and Luis Carlo's. I also knew that this experience was going to be unique because we were going to be on a cruise, and visit many places that I haven’t visit before. I couldn't wait for that trip and when the trip was getting closer, days were longer, and I was very anxious and time seemed to last forever.

And finally our trip was next day. That night we packed all things that were needed in our backpacks. I could not sleep I was very anxious and my friends to. When the sun went out I waked up it was 6:00 I could believe that the day of the trip had reached. Everyone take a shower, we ate break fast and made the usually routine that we usually make; as soon as everyone was ready we leaved to the air port. When we got to the airport there was Daniel and Luis Carlos Family; later Miguel got to the airport. Time passed and every family was now sitting on the airplane. There we were like 2 hours until we reached to the Miami’s airport. There we grabbed our backpacks and in a few minutes we divide into several groups: Miguel and Daniel in one group, me in another, and Luis Carlos in another; each group went into different airplanes but to the same destination Seattle.

They got to Seattle to Seattle, Washington; like at 1:00 am but we reached there at 5:00 pm. When we got to the air port of Seattle we had some problems with the transportation and we reached the hotel at 6:30; the hotel was horrible it even had a sign near it that said drugs and prostitution over this placed, y felt very scared. The other 3 family were supposed to be there, but they weren’t so we had to look at them so we took a public bus that was horrible too. It passed minutes looking for them, but we founded them. We (the four families) got dinner and take another time the public bus to the hotel. We slept early because the next day was the Cruise to Alaska.

The next day we went into vans to the place were we took the cruise. It was like a dream; the Cruise was huge it was very pretty and elegant and it all yours for 7 days. The first day we had a fire drill this was very important for our safety. Every one including my sister had its room carnet for entering. In the cruise we made many friends from every part from the world China, Europe, and 3 from Bogotá. If you looked from the Cruise window you may see icebergs and whales jumping. There were many activities from arcade rooms and fun factories, you could plat soccer, ping pong, basketball and other sports; trust me you will never be bored in a cruise. One of the best things of the cruise was the food you could eat whatever food that you want ice-cream, pizza, hamburgers, salad, sushi, and millions of food more; you could eat at whatever time even at 2 of the morning, and the amount that you want. It had like 3 pools but they were extremely cold because of the weather. We also learned some magic tricks on the night, the night dinners were very elegant and you should bring pretty dresses, shirts, pants, etc. days were very long because nightfall was like at 10:30 pm (it was very cold and windy at nights) It was so exiting that I prefer have fun in the cruise than seeing the world Cup 2006 matches. We made several stops on Juneau the capital of Akaka, there we got on a little car that left us in the top of a mountain, we also went to Ketchikan which for me was the coolest, we went in a boat to see whales and other sea animals this was a wonderful experience, and in Skagway were I saw snow for second time and saw wild bears. And in the 5th day we made the last stop to see the oldest glaciar. But every good thing has to end one day. It was a amazing Cruise, I wish to do that again!!

When we got to Seattle we spend 2 nights more in it while the other three families stayed one day and from that and on made another trip. During those days we visited the space needle, the airplane museum which was great, visit the public market, the first Nike shop. And we check out a car for going to Vancouver, Canada.

In the way of Canada was very long we had to cross a very log line for the frontier. We reached Canada at night and at soon as we got to the hotel which was millions of time better of the one in Seattle. Canada is a great place with lots of things it is very clean and there are very little poor people. I enjoy it very much. I had there a very hard experience that was to hike a mountain it took me 2, hours and when I reached its peak I was felt like dying. I was in there 5 days. And in the 6th one I took another airplane to Miami.

When I was in Miami the climate changed allot, it was really hot compared to Alaska's. There we shopped, went to the beach and few things because we were only there 2 days. As I have say you before every good thing ends and the 3rd day in Miami we went to the airport there we met Miguel and his family. And we both came to Cartagena together. When we arrived to Cartagena everything as before. It was the best trip I ever had in my whole life, I wish you could do the same trip as me and my friends, you would be fascinated!!!!

Soccer the Best Sport!!

Soccer is one of the most popular sports in the world. There are many soccer stars like ronaldinho, Shevshenko, Henrry, Zidane, Ronaldo, Cristiano Ronaldo and many more; but for me the best one is ronaldinho a Brazilian soccer player which plays in Brazil and Barcelona F.C which are very good teams.

My favorite sport is soccer and I enjoy playing this port. It helps you in many ways because you have fun an at the same time you do exercise, and as a result you will have a very healthy life. I started practicing soccer since I was in 2nd grade; and I think I am good at it.

When I got to middle school (6th grade) I went to the school soccer tryouts(this is when they make practices too see how people play and chose the team). I was very nervous but finally the coach chose me to be on the team. Right now I am in 7 grades and I qualified again to the school soccer team, my position is goal keeper. I am doing my best, and putting lots of effort on it so each day I get better playing that wonderful sport.

A Very Good Experience!!

I had many excellent expectations for my blog. When my teacher Mr. Hide told us that we were going to do a blog I knew it was going to be great because I had always dream for having my own webpage, address, etc! Somehow I haven't done anything alike yet; I had never thought that making a blog would be so fun. , First I thought they were going to be many people visiting my posts and many comments.

I think my expectations for the blog were quite okay. It has been a awesome experience until this day, and my expectations, thoughts, and feelings haven't change. You can make posts of whatever you want. Its very easy in the terms publishing stuff; like Editing changing the color of the letters, the size, background, pictures which gives color to your post, and videos; this things you could do them in a short amount of time, I was very amazed! . But it also has some difficulties because its better if you do one that every person(boy and girls) will enjoy, and the site were you make your post doesn’t have spelling check so you will need to be very careful with those things.

In conclusion it’s very interesting but you will have to put allot of interest on it or you will not success doing this assignment.

Barça Forever

For me F.C Barcelona is the best Europe soccer club. I don’t like it because of its players, I like it because the way they play their games and their excellent ability to win their matches. I started being a fanatic of Barcelona almost 8 months ago when I saw a Barcelona match vs. Real Madrid in which Barcelona won 3-1, after that match they kept winning games, cup, leagues, etc and I realized that I was a fanatic of Barcelona. Now he is one of the best Europe soccer club.
F.C.B Barcelona is also called Barça Culés, and Blaugrana. It’s founded in 1899 and it is in the 1st division league. The club's main stadium is the Camp Nou wich has a capacity of 98,787 people. It has very good players like: Victor Valdes, Juliano Belleti, Thiago Motta, Rafael Marques, Carles Puyol, Xavi, Giuly, Ronaldinho, Samuel Eto'o, zambrott, Van Brockhorst, Edmilson, Sylvinho, Santiago Ezquerro, Leonel Messi, Deco, Javier Saviola, Olequer, Iniesta, Liliam Thuram, Albert Jorquera, Ruben.

This is another reason of why barcelona is better than other soceer teams:
UEFA Champions Leage: 2
UEFA Cup winers cup: 4
Inter-Cities Fairs Cup: 3
European Super Cup: 2
Inter-Cities Fairs Cup trophy play off: 1
Copa Latina: 2
Spanish Champions: 18
Copa de Rey: 24
Super Copa de España: 11
La liga del Mediterraneo:1
Copa Mayaca: 22
Copa Cataluyan : 5
Copa de la liga: 2

Rat Attack

I have just read a wonderful and awesome story calle Three Skeleton Key. I think the Three Skeleton Key was great story, this is one of the best stories I have read in several years . It has interesting parts, but for me the best one was when the narrator said: “The giant rats that haven’t eat during two weeks jumped into the three skeleton key island (called like that because of three prisoners that escaped from jail, and died in the journey to the island) and went into where the three men were”, I felt very scared, I thought they were going to eat the three men inside light house.
This story reminded me of a big rat me and my sister saw on the street going to the club Cartagena a month ago, it was ugly, had red eyes, etc. I wonder what happened to the mans that were inside the abandoned ship died? In conclusion it was a excellent story and I think you should read it!
